    Hi,
I am trying to find a specific part for a double hung window. My house was built in 1939 and has double hung (8 over 8 ) windows. The spring that makes the windows go up and down are broken in some – not all windows. Do you have or know where I can get some of these. To be a little more accurate in the description. It is attached to the upper part of the window with two screws and a very small diameter maybe a 1/4 inch thick and maybe 12 inches plus long with another piece of metal that looks like a pretzel kinda stretched out – the total length maybe 3 1/2 feet long. I would love it if you could tell me where I can get this part replaced.
    Thank you, Martha Rudd
